i really enjoyed my stay at trademark. it’s right next to the soo locks, which is super convenient. the hotel had this unique historic charm, especially the bar and lobby. the staff were incredibly friendly, and the general manager even greeted me at the bar when i arrived. the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, too.

Staying here made it super easy to explore the incredible Soo Locks and enjoy the beautiful park views nearby. I also appreciated the historic charm of the bar and restaurant area where I was greeted by friendly staff upon arrival.

Great location by the Soo Locks, but noisy hallways at night.

I had a lovely stay in a spacious king room with a sleeper sofa. The location is fantastic, close to the locks and downtown shops. Cleanliness was great throughout the hotel. The breakfast offered a nice variety and was complimentary. I would return for sure! 😊

Unfortunately, the condition of the room was disappointing. The wallpaper showed signs of wear, and overall cleanliness fell short of expectations. The breakfast options were lacking, scarce in both variety and availability, which is not what you'd hope for. Navigating the hotel proved cumbersome, especially with doors that weren't automatic and a single ice machine located far from many rooms. Little things like a loose toilet seat and absent shower vent fan added up.

I loved the convenient location, super close to the Soo Locks and downtown shops. Had a King Room with air conditioning, a coffee machine, and a private bathroom. The staff was really helpful, and breakfast was complimentary, offering a simple but decent selection. Historic vibes in the lobby and restaurant made it feel cozy.

This place has a cool vintage vibe and is super close to the locks and downtown shops! The room I got was clean but honestly, kinda outdated. The staff were friendly, but room service was slow, and I wish they had more modern amenities. Loved chilling at the bar, though. Can't say breakfast was great. I was disappointed with the coffee.

Had an awesome time with friends! We checked out the local casinos and played some great games. The hotel was in a prime spot—everything was within walking distance, which was super convenient. Loved the cozy vibes, and meals nearby were tasty and affordable. Definitely recommend to future guests!

Unfortunately, the jacuzzi tub in the suite didn't work, and the front desk wasn't very helpful about it. It was a bummer since we were looking forward to that feature.
